FutureCast Labs is my laboratory for personal and professional projects that are exploring AI through real-world application against big problems and questions. These are my notes and observations.
Spend two minutes online and you'll find a prompt that will supposedly change your life or your business. Almost all of it promotes a virtual-only, startup vision. What I'm interested in is the messy business of applying AI to real-world operations that already have impact.
I'm using my own life and work as the test bed for questions that scale: from personal productivity, to team workflows, to organizational systems, to sector-wide policy. I'm about a year in — I've failed a lot, succeeded some, created some fun and engaging products and tools, and learned a lot about what it takes for AI to be more than a chatbot that helps you write stuff.
The prize I'm working toward: closing the gap between ideation and execution in a way that makes dramatic personalization possible, and scaling that from individuals to organizations that have been priced out of bespoke solutions until now.

I've worked in staff, consulting, and fractional executive roles across global health, public policy, and social impact.
At Vital Strategies, a $225M global public health institution operating across 70+ countries, I serve as VP and Global Lead for Policy Advocacy and Communication — directing 140+ award-winning campaigns that have reached more than two billion people.
FutureCast Labs is the other side of that work: building with AI at every level, learning what it actually takes to close the gap between what's possible and what's practical, and sharing what I find along the way. a $225M global public health organization operating across 70+ countries.
